NAB‘s app and internet banking are down for thousands of customers, stopping many from making online transactions.
A spokesperson for the bank said its internet banking and app were ‘experiencing issues’ and its tech team are ‘working to resolve this ASAP’.
‘We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause,’ they said on X.
On the NAB website’s internet banking section, there is a message that reads ‘Internet banking isn’t working at the moment’.
‘We’re sorry and are doing everything we can to get it back up and running,’ the message read.
‘You can still use Telephone Banking.’
More than 1,000 people across Australia reported experiencing problems with the app and NAB’s internet banking just before 2pm on Monday, according to Downdetector.
